Auronex Fly is a free metasearch — a comparator that shows fares from airlines and licensed distribution partners side by side, then sends you to book on their secure checkout. We earn a partner commission when you book; we never mark up your fare, and we never handle your payment. This page explains exactly what we are, what we are not, and how money, refunds and your data actually move.
The business model
For each completed booking on the partner's site, the partner pays us a small commission — the same way any comparator (Skyscanner, Kayak, Google Flights) is compensated. It never comes out of your pocket.
The total you see on {brand} is the same total you pay on the partner's checkout. No hidden booking fee, no padded service charge, no {brand}-added surcharge — ever.
Any optional extra (price alerts, newsletter, concierge) is a separate opt-in on our side. Travel add-ons (bags, seats, insurance) are chosen on the partner's checkout, not on {brand}.
Plain-language test: If you ever find the same flight, in the same fare class, cheaper elsewhere at the moment of booking — tell us. We have no incentive to hide it: we earn nothing unless you complete the booking.

Travel sites are full of vague claims. Here is what we are explicitly not, so there is no surprise later.
The booking chain
A booking touches three parties. Knowing which one to contact saves hours when something needs fixing.
Operates the flight, owns the inventory, sets the rules (refundability, baggage, change fees). The PNR (booking reference) on your ticket lives in their system.
We aggregate the offers, display them clearly, and redirect you to the partner's secure checkout when you click. We never see your payment details. We earn a commission only after the partner confirms the booking.
You receive the confirmation email directly from the partner (Aviasales, Booking.com, airline, etc.) with the booking reference. The partner is your point of contact for booking issues; we are here to help you navigate the choice in your language.
Refund eligibility is set by the airline's fare rules and the partner's terms, not by us. Because we never take your payment, refunds never flow through us — the partner refunds your original payment method directly. We are glad to help you open a dispute and translate correspondence.
If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, we contact you with the options the airline offers (rebook, refund, voucher). For irregular operations on the day of travel, the airline's ground staff is the fastest channel — we are here for everything before and after that moment.
Your data
Because Auronex Fly does not issue tickets, we do not ask you for sensitive travel documents. You enter your full name, passport number where required, date of birth, and payment details directly on the partner's secure site — that information never reaches our servers.
We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it to train AI models. Marketing emails (newsletter, deal alerts) are strictly opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time. Full details, including your GDPR rights and how to exercise them, are in our Privacy Policy.
