Auronex Fly is a travel concierge that earns commissions from airlines and partner platforms — never from a markup on your fare. This page explains exactly what we are, what we are not, and how money, refunds, and your data move through the chain.
The business model
For each completed booking, the airline or partner platform pays us a small commission, the same way a travel adviser would be compensated.
The total you see at checkout is the same total you would pay on the airline's own website. No hidden booking fee, no padded service charge.
If you choose paid add-ons (concierge support upgrades, priority handling, insurance), they are listed as separate, opt-in line items — never bundled silently.
Plain-language test: If you ever find the same flight, in the same fare class, cheaper on the airline's own site within 60 minutes of booking, contact us — we will help you cancel under the airline's 24-hour rule (where it applies) so you can rebook directly.
What we do
What we are not
Travel sites are full of vague claims. Here is what we are explicitly not, so there is no surprise later.
The booking chain
A booking touches three parties. Knowing which one to contact saves hours when something needs fixing.
Operates the flight, owns the inventory, sets the rules (refundability, baggage, change fees). The PNR (booking reference) on your ticket lives in their system.
We aggregate the offers, present them clearly, and submit your booking to the partner platform. We earn a commission when the booking completes.
You receive the confirmation email with the airline's reference and the partner's reference. Both are valid for check-in and support.
Refund eligibility is set by the airline's fare rules, not by us. When you request a refund, we coordinate with the partner platform; the partner refunds us; we refund your original payment method. We do not retain a cancellation fee — only any non-recoverable airline charge is deducted.
If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, we contact you with the options the airline offers (rebook, refund, voucher). For irregular operations on the day of travel, the airline's ground staff is the fastest channel — we are here for everything before and after that moment.
Your data
To complete a booking, Auronex Fly must share traveller details (name, date of birth, passport number where required, contact details) with the airline and the partner platform issuing the ticket. This is necessary for the contract — without it, the ticket cannot be issued.
We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it to train AI models. Marketing emails (newsletter, deal alerts) are strictly opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time. Full details, including your GDPR rights and how to exercise them, are in our Privacy Policy.
Our concierge team can walk you through any of the above on WhatsApp or email — no booking required.
