Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you:

• are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Auronex Fly (operated by AURONEX SAS, RCS Lyon 101 130 235) is a travel metasearch and comparison service. We aggregate, rank, and display live travel offers (flights, hotels, car hire, transfers, activities, travel insurance, eSIMs) from licensed third-party suppliers and distribution partners.

We do not sell travel services ourselves, we do not act as a travel agent or tour operator, and we are not a party to any transport or accommodation contract you enter into. Every reservation is concluded directly between you and the booking partner that hosts the reservation flow (e.g. Aviasales, Hotellook, GetYourGuide, Discover Cars, EKTA, Airalo or the supplier they connect you to).

Our business model is purely editorial and commission-based: when you click an offer and complete a booking with one of our partners, that partner may pay us a referral commission. That commission is already priced into our deals — you never pay more by coming through Auronex Fly.

To access optional features (saved trips, price alerts, destination guides, newsletter), you may create a free account using passwordless email authentication (magic links). An account is never required to search or compare prices.

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of the email address you provide;
• keeping access to that email secure;
• all activity performed from your account;
• notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@auronexfly.com.

We may suspend or terminate an account at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

When you click “View on partner”, “Compare prices” or any equivalent CTA on Auronex Fly:

• You leave our site and continue on the partner's platform.
• Any contract is formed directly between you and the partner (or the underlying airline / hotel / supplier). Auronex Fly is never a party to that contract.
• Payment is collected by the partner on their own infrastructure — Auronex Fly does not receive, hold, or process traveller payment card data for these bookings.
• The partner sends you their own confirmation, e-ticket / voucher, and receipt. You must verify all details the moment they arrive.
• Name, passport and travel-document mismatches may result in denied boarding or refused check-in without refund. Please check everything carefully.

Prices shown on Auronex Fly are retrieved in real time from each partner's API but can change between the moment we display them and the moment you complete the booking on the partner's side (currency, availability, taxes, surcharges). The price that is binding is the one shown on the partner's final confirmation page.

The offers displayed on Auronex Fly are powered by distribution partners such as Travelpayouts (Aviasales, Hotellook, WayAway), Duffel (airline aggregator used for price discovery), GetYourGuide, Viator, EKTA, Tripinsurance, Discover Cars, Kiwitaxi, GetTransfer, Airalo, Maya and the airlines, hotels, tour operators and insurance carriers they represent.

Once redirected, your transaction is governed entirely by that partner's own Terms, Privacy Policy, cancellation rules and consumer-protection framework. Auronex Fly has no operational control over their pricing, availability, fulfilment, cancellations, refunds, or customer service, and is not liable for their acts or omissions. We only warrant that the price, dates and route we displayedto you matched what the partner's API returned at that moment.

Because all bookings are concluded directly with the partner or the underlying supplier, all cancellations, modifications and refunds must be requested from that partner. Their terms — including fees, refund windows and documentation — are displayed before checkout on their platform.

In general:

• Non-refundable fares (most cheap tickets, most non-refundable hotel rates) cannot be refunded once the booking is confirmed.
• Flexible fares / refundable rates may allow changes or cancellations subject to the supplier's fees.
• Refunds, when granted, are issued by the partner to the payment method you used on their site, typically within 5–30 business days.
• Auronex Fly does not charge booking or service fees.

If you need help reaching the right partner, email us at support@auronexfly.com and we will gladly point you to the correct contact — but note that we cannot process the refund ourselves.

Prices shown on Auronex Fly are indicative and may change due to:

• real-time availability from airline/hotel systems;
• currency conversion rates;
• taxes, fees, and surcharges added at checkout;
• fluctuations between search and booking.

The final price is the amount shown on the confirmation page before payment. We take no responsibility for pricing errors, though we reserve the right to correct them.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
• scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data;
• interfere with the Service through bots, viruses, or denial-of-service attacks;
• resell bookings without written permission;
• impersonate another person or provide false information.

All content on Auronex Fly — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and compilations — is the property of Auronex Fly or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our brand or content without prior written consent.

Because Auronex Fly operates as a metasearch index and not as a travel agent or tour operator, our role ends the moment you click through to a partner. To the maximum extent permitted by French and EU law, Auronex Fly and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
• acts, omissions, insolvency, or defaults of third-party suppliers or distribution partners;
• flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, downgrades, denied boarding, or itinerary changes;
• loss of luggage, illness, injury, theft, or property damage during travel;
• force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, strike actions, government action).

We take no responsibility for transactions, contracts, or travel documents that originate on partner platforms. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim directly attributable to Auronex Fly shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100).

Nothing in these Terms restricts any non-waivable rights you have under the French Consumer Code or other mandatory EU consumer-protection law applicable to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auronex Fly from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Effective date” above indicates the latest version.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Lyon, France, except where a mandatory consumer-protection rule entitles you to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence in the European Union.
