6 questionsHow do I search for flights on Auronex Fly?
Use the search bar on our homepage. Enter your departure city, destination, travel dates, and number of passengers. We compare fares from 500+ airlines and GDS systems in real time to show you the best available prices.
Can I book a one-way, round-trip, or multi-city flight?
Yes. Auronex Fly supports one-way, round-trip, and multi-city (open-jaw) itineraries. Select the trip type before entering your route details.
How far in advance can I book a flight?
You can book flights up to 330 days (approximately 11 months) in advance for most airlines. For the best prices, we recommend booking 6–8 weeks ahead for international routes and 3–4 weeks ahead for domestic routes.
Can I choose my seat when booking?
Seat selection depends on the airline and fare type. During checkout, we display available seats if the airline provides that option through our booking system. Some low-cost carriers charge extra for advance seat selection.
Can I add extra baggage after booking?
Yes, you can usually add checked baggage after booking by visiting "Manage Booking" in your account. Prices are set by the airline and may be lower if added before check-in.
Are the prices shown final? Are there hidden fees?
All prices displayed at search already include taxes and fees. The final price shown at checkout is exactly what you pay — there are no hidden booking fees on Auronex Fly. Optional add-ons like seat selection or extra baggage are clearly priced separately.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for certain routes. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe with 3D Secure authentication.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Auronex Fly never stores your card details on our servers. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest standard for payment security. Your data is encrypted end-to-end.
When is my card charged?
Your card is charged immediately upon confirming your booking. You will receive an instant confirmation email with your e-ticket and booking reference.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. You can view prices and pay in over 30 currencies. The currency can be selected before checkout. Note that your bank may apply a foreign exchange conversion fee depending on your card agreement.
I was charged but did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If the confirmation is not there within 30 minutes, contact us via live chat or email at support@auronexfly.com. We will verify your booking and resend the confirmation immediately.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by airline and fare type. Flexible fares can usually be cancelled for a full or partial refund. Non-refundable fares may only offer a travel credit or airline voucher. You can check your specific fare conditions in "My Bookings" in your account.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds typically appear on your credit card within 5–10 business days after the airline approves the request. Some airlines take up to 20 business days. We will notify you by email as soon as your refund is processed.
What if the airline cancels my flight?
If an airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to either a full refund or rebooking on an alternative flight at no extra charge, depending on the airline's policy and applicable passenger rights regulations. Our support team will contact you immediately and help rebook.
Can I change my flight date or destination?
Flight changes depend on your fare rules. Flexible and business fares generally allow changes for a fee. Log in to "My Bookings" or contact our support team. We will check the available options and any applicable change fees or fare differences.
What is a travel credit?
Some airlines issue travel credits instead of cash refunds for cancelled bookings. A travel credit is a voucher that can be applied toward future bookings with the same airline, usually valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Baggage allowances vary by airline and fare class. Your baggage details are shown during the booking process and in your confirmation email. Economy fares on low-cost carriers often include only a personal item (under-seat bag), while full-service airlines typically include 1–2 checked bags.
What is the standard carry-on size?
Most airlines allow one cabin bag up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm (about 10 kg) and one small personal item. These limits vary by carrier — always check the airline's specific rules before traveling.
Can I bring sports equipment or oversized items?
Yes, most airlines accept sports equipment (skis, surfboards, bicycles, golf clubs) as checked baggage for an additional fee. Fees vary significantly by airline. Contact us before booking if you need to transport oversized items.
Are there rules about lithium batteries or liquids?
Lithium batteries above 100 Wh must be declared; batteries above 160 Wh are generally prohibited. Liquids in carry-on bags must be in containers of 100 ml or less, placed in a transparent resealable bag (1 litre). These are IATA / security regulations that apply regardless of the airline.
