AURONEX is not an airline, does not operate flights, and does not provide transportation services.
3. Services Provided
AURONEX provides the following services:
• Flight search and booking functionality • Access to airline inventory through third-party providers (including Duffel) • Optional ancillary services such as baggage, seat selection, and priority services
4. Pricing and Fees
The total price displayed includes the base fare, applicable taxes, and any service fees.
AURONEX may charge service fees for facilitating bookings. All service fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Prices displayed may include additional markups set by independent travel agents using the platform. AURONEX is not responsible for pricing decisions made by agents.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
By submitting payment, you authorize AURONEX to charge the full amount displayed.
AURONEX does not store full payment card details.
6. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only considered confirmed once:
• Payment has been successfully completed, and • A booking confirmation has been issued
Pending or incomplete bookings are not guaranteed.
7. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
All changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with airline policies. Service fees charged by AURONEX are non-refundable.
Refund processing times depend on airline procedures and may take several weeks.
8. Airline Responsibility
AURONEX is not responsible for:
• Flight delays • Flight cancellations • Schedule changes • Overbooking • Any operational decisions made by airlines
9. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are solely responsible for:
• Providing accurate personal and travel information • Ensuring valid passports, visas, and required travel documents • Complying with all airline and immigration requirements
AURONEX is not liable for denied boarding due to incorrect or incomplete information.
10. Ancillary Services
Optional services such as baggage, seat selection, and priority boarding are provided by airlines, subject to availability, and governed by airline rules and conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURONEX shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages • Loss of revenue or profit • Missed flights or connections • Personal inconvenience • Third-party failures, including airline services
12. Travel Agents
Travel agents using the platform are independent parties.
AURONEX is not responsible for agent pricing decisions, misrepresentation by agents, or additional services offered by agents outside the platform.
13. Fraud and Misuse
AURONEX reserves the right to cancel bookings, suspend or terminate accounts, and refuse service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
14. Chargebacks
Users agree to contact AURONEX before initiating any chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees.
15. Data Protection
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
17. Modifications
AURONEX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
