How Auronex Fly Works
6 questionsIs Auronex Fly a travel agency or a comparison site?
Auronex Fly is a travel metasearch and comparison service — not a travel agency, tour operator, or airline reseller. We aggregate live prices from licensed partners (Aviasales, Hotellook, GetYourGuide, EKTA, Discover Cars, Airalo and more) and display them side by side. When you click an offer, you complete the booking directly on the partner's own secure platform.
How do I search for flights on Auronex Fly?
Use the search bar on our homepage. Enter your departure city, destination, travel dates, and number of passengers. We query hundreds of airlines and partner distribution systems in real time and show you the best available prices.
Can I compare one-way, round-trip, or multi-city flights?
Yes. Auronex Fly supports one-way, round-trip, and multi-city (open-jaw) itineraries. Select the trip type before entering your route.
Who do I actually book with when I click a flight?
When you click "View on partner" we redirect you to one of our trusted partners — most often Aviasales, which is operated by Go Travel Un Limited (a fully licensed online travel retailer). The partner handles payment, ticketing, e-tickets, and customer support for that booking. Hotels are booked via Hotellook / Booking.com / our hotel partners in the same way.
Do I pay more by coming through Auronex Fly?
No. Our commission is paid by the partner out of their own margin, never added on top of the price you see. Comparing through Auronex Fly is always free, and in most cases identical to (or cheaper than) searching each partner directly, because we surface discounted rates that are sometimes exclusive to distribution partners.
Are the prices shown final?
Prices on Auronex Fly are fetched live from partner APIs. Because fares change continuously, the final binding price is the one shown on the partner's confirmation page. We do not add booking fees or service charges of our own.
Payments & Billing
5 questionsWhere do I enter my payment details?
On the partner's secure checkout page — not on Auronex Fly. Once you pick an offer we redirect you to the partner (e.g. Aviasales, Hotellook, GetYourGuide). Payment, card processing and 3D-Secure authentication happen entirely on their PCI DSS-certified infrastructure.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Auronex Fly never sees, stores, or processes your card details — we could not, even if we wanted to. Our partners are PCI DSS Level 1 certified (the highest payment-security standard) and use TLS 1.2+ end-to-end encryption.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Accepted methods depend on the partner and the supplier. Most accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and many accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and regional payment methods. You will see the available methods on the partner's checkout page.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. You can view prices on Auronex Fly in over 30 currencies. Final payment currency is determined at the partner's checkout. Your bank may apply a foreign exchange conversion fee depending on your card agreement.
I paid but did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?
Confirmation emails come from the booking partner (for example Aviasales / Go Travel Un Limited for flights). Please check your spam/junk folder first. If nothing arrives within 30 minutes, contact the partner's support using the reference number on their checkout receipt. We can also help point you to the right contact at support@auronexfly.com.
Cancellations & Refunds
5 questionsCan I cancel my booking after paying?
Yes, subject to the partner's and the underlying supplier's rules. Because your contract is with the partner (and the airline / hotel), cancellations and refunds must be requested through them. Log in to your partner account (e.g. Aviasales "My Bookings") or follow the link in the confirmation email. Flexible fares are usually refundable; cheap non-refundable fares typically are not.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued by the partner to the payment method you used on their site, typically within 5–30 business days after the airline/supplier approves the request. Auronex Fly does not process refunds — if yours is delayed, the partner is the correct first point of contact.
What if the airline cancels my flight?
If an airline cancels your flight you are entitled — under EU Regulation 261/2004 when applicable — to either a full refund or rebooking on an alternative flight at no extra charge. Contact the partner you booked with; they coordinate with the airline. If you are an EU passenger on a qualifying flight, you may also be entitled to compensation.
Can I change my flight date or destination?
Flight changes depend on your fare rules and are handled by the partner. Flexible and business fares generally allow changes for a fee. Use the partner's self-service change flow or contact their support.
Can Auronex Fly help if something goes wrong?
We cannot change, cancel, or refund a booking ourselves (we are not a party to the contract), but we will happily help you locate the right partner contact, translate the correspondence into your language, or escalate via our partner-manager relationships. Email support@auronexfly.com or reach us on WhatsApp.
Baggage
4 questionsHow much baggage is included in my ticket?
Baggage allowances vary by airline and fare class. Your baggage details are shown during the booking process and in your confirmation email. Economy fares on low-cost carriers often include only a personal item (under-seat bag), while full-service airlines typically include 1–2 checked bags.
What is the standard carry-on size?
Most airlines allow one cabin bag up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm (about 10 kg) and one small personal item. These limits vary by carrier — always check the airline's specific rules before traveling.
Can I bring sports equipment or oversized items?
Yes, most airlines accept sports equipment (skis, surfboards, bicycles, golf clubs) as checked baggage for an additional fee. Fees vary significantly by airline. Contact us before booking if you need to transport oversized items.
Are there rules about lithium batteries or liquids?
Lithium batteries above 100 Wh must be declared; batteries above 160 Wh are generally prohibited. Liquids in carry-on bags must be in containers of 100 ml or less, placed in a transparent resealable bag (1 litre). These are IATA / security regulations that apply regardless of the airline.
Account & Support
5 questionsDo I need an account to use Auronex Fly?
No — you can search and click through to book as a guest. A free account is optional and unlocks price alerts, saved trips, personalised destination guides, and our email newsletter with exclusive deals.
How can I view or manage my existing bookings?
Use the partner's "My Bookings" page (e.g. the Aviasales, Hotellook, GetYourGuide account you created when paying). Your confirmation email from that partner always contains a direct management link. Auronex Fly does not store booking records on your behalf.
How do I contact customer support?
